No Pressure Roof Cleaning
One of the two methods that Curb Appeal uses to clean roofs is the No Pressure method. In this method, a chemical rinse is applied to the roof's surface using an apparatus that puts out no more pressure than a light rain. It is simply sprayed on. This method is very popular and results in an extremely clean roof. In general, when using this method the result should last from 2-2.5 years.
Traditional Roof Cleaning
This is the way roofs have been cleaned for decades. In this method, high-pressure water is sprayed on the roof's surface to physically remove mold, mildew, moss and all debris. Typically the roof is cleaned using a surface cleaner or the wand "gun" to spray the high-pressure water on the roof. This method is less popular these days and results in a clean roof. In general, when using this method the result should last from 1-1.5 years.
